This Report highlights the milestones, successes and challenges we have navigated together since our inception in 2021, with a special focus on the past year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This report reflects our commitment to building a formidable ADR landscape in Uganda aligned with our core values of Confidentiality, Impartiality, Integrity and Timeliness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The key highlights from 2021-2024 include:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>129 <\/strong>disputes handled (<strong>36 <\/strong>Arbitration, <strong>96<\/strong> Mediation, 1 Private Inquiry)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>88 <\/strong>disputes handled in 2024 alone (<strong>14<\/strong> Arbitration, <strong>73<\/strong> Mediation, <strong>1<\/strong> Private Inquiry)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>USD 25,450,127.50 <\/strong>combined value of claims received in 2024.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>516<\/strong> professionals trained between 2022 and 2024, with <strong>219<\/strong> trained in 2024.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These achievements would not have been possible without your trust and shared dedication to advancing ADR practice in Uganda.
