Negotiation at Praxis
A negotiation is a discussion involving two or more parties to reach a desired end of all involved. In a negotiation, each party tries to persuade the other to agree with his or her point of view. By negotiating, all involved parties try to avoid arguing but work towards agreeing to reach a conclusion that works for all parties involved. Negotiations can be carried out by the parties themselves or with the help of a third party. Negotiation can be a tool used in other dispute resolution mechanisms such as mediation.
