Annual Report for 2024

We are pleased to share with you our Annual Report for 2024. This Report highlights the milestones, successes and challenges we have navigated together since our inception in 2021, with a special focus on the past year.

This report reflects our commitment to building a formidable ADR landscape in Uganda aligned with our core values of Confidentiality, Impartiality, Integrity and Timeliness.

The key highlights from 2021-2024 include:

• 129 disputes handled (36 Arbitration, 96 Mediation, 1 Private Inquiry)
• 88 disputes handled in 2024 alone (14 Arbitration, 73 Mediation, 1 Private Inquiry)
• USD 25,450,127.50 combined value of claims received in 2024.
• 516 professionals trained between 2022 and 2024, with 219 trained in 2024.

These achievements would not have been possible without your trust and shared dedication to advancing ADR practice in Uganda. We hope that you enjoy reading this brief but informative Report.
