Masterclass in Mediation

We are pleased to announce an up coming Masterclass in Mediation scheduled for 15^th – 17^th July 2025, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm each day. The Masterclass will be physical attendance, at our office premises located at Plot 2, Lugard Road, Nakasero Hill – off Fiona Kichonco Lane, and will be delivered by renowned ADR experts.

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms are increasingly becoming the choice dispute resolution methods across the globe. This is because ADR mechanisms especially Mediation, is fast in resolving disputes, amicable in nature and therefore preserves relationships, gives parties autonomy over their disputes and allows for flexibility in procedure, processes and conduct of both the parties and the ADR practitioners, is considerably cheaper than litigation, sessions are confidential, among many other benefits. Mediation is not just for mediators but is a life skill vital for leaders, managers, HR professionals, coaches, consultants, and anyone who regularly navigates complex conversations, difficult decisions, or human dynamics.

In today’s evolving legal landscape, legal practitioners need to manage disputes more strategically and provide clients with more satisfactory options beyond the courtroom. Mediation is a powerful tool in their toolkits. This Masterclass is a timely opportunity to enhance Mediation skills in line with best practices and acceptable standards. Proficiency in Mediation, is no longer a peripheral skill, it is an essential competence. Professionals must be equipped with people management skills and there is no better place to start than at this Masterclass.

The fee per participant will be UGX. 1,000,000/= (One Million Uganda Shillings Only) inclusive of VAT for the three days. This will cover fees, venue, meals, reference materials and certificates.
