TRAINING: DRAFTING EFFECTIVE ARBITRATION AGREEMENTS & COMMENCING ARBITRAL PROCEEDINGS

On Friday, 26th April 2024, Praxis Conflict Centre will conduct a Hybrid Training on Drafting Effective Arbitration Agreements and Commencing Arbitral Proceedings.

The training will be facilitated by; Dr. Wifred A. Mutubwa FCIArb, FMIArb, Mr. Albert Mukasa, FCIArb, and Mr. Samuel Nderitu Mbiriri, FCIArb, FMIArb.

Participants will receive a Certificate of Participation and Advocates will further receive 5️⃣ CLE Points.
